We also buy large quantities of Liquidation items from distributors and various sources. These are generally non-current models and our prices on these are amazing.

Individuals bring their items in and our knowledgeable staff determine what the item can be sold for based on the it’s age, cleanliness, condition and current market value. Then a guaranteed amount is offered to the person who owns the goods.

Individuals receive in writing a guaranteed amount for their items (no unpleasant surprises like other consignment stores) if RE-GEAR has a sale or discounts the item because a buyer is purchasing multiple items then we absorb the discount off the sticker price. In the end when discounts and credit card fees are absorbed by RE-GEAR the actual split between RE-GEAR and the Consignor favors the Consignor, not to forget we took care of the entire sales process.

We notify Consignors when any one of their items sell and they can come pick up the cash or if it makes more sense due to travel costs we can always mail you a cheque.

All items are FINAL SALE that way we can assure the people who bring their items to us on Consignment that when an item(s) sells they are guaranteed their money and can pick it up immediately. Although we do not accept returns should a purchaser decide within 5 days of buying something that they would like to re-sell the item we would be glad to put it back in our store provided it is in the same condition as when it was sold. When that particular item sells our normal consignment rate of 50% would be reduced to 30% it’s our way of giving back.

60 days is the length of time RE-GEAR will keep your items and do it’s absolute best to sell them for you.

We will notify you that you still have an item(s) in the store and we may suggest a price reduction or you are free to pick your items, this must be done within 30 days of being notified.

They become the property of RE-GEAR.

We do our best to safeguard your item(s) but should theft occur we will pay you the same if it was sold.

No problem, you can pick-up your item(s) anytime. We simply ask that you give us 24 hours notice.

NO we incur the fees from the credit card company the Consignee receives their full 50% of the selling price.
